  • UTTAM:  Adding Power to Yoga practice with your one session, each of Hatha Vinyasa and Pilates.
  • Pranayam
    Various breathing techniques, chanting, relaxation to improve lung capacity and calm the mind.
  • Prabal: Includes High Intensity workout along with Yogasana practices mainly for weight loss.
  • Health Batch: If you have any Aches and pains, and still want to practice Yoga for therapy, the Health batch is for you.
